Faro's Pizza

When is first moved out to this area my first mission was to find the best pizza nearby. I got super lucky and found Faros right off the bat. All of the employees for the 3 years I've been ordering from them go above and beyond to make you feel like family. I've never had a bad pizza from them and their sauce is what sold me. Faros quickly became my favorite pizza around. Give it a shot and for heavens sake try the meat balls

Faro's Pizza 28th st !!! 33yrs at this location. Family owned!!! They have amazing Alfredo sauce now!! The Cini-minis are to die for!! It's the best kept secret in grand rapids!! 28th st and East Paris, go try it for yourself, it's LIFE CHANGING!! "OH, THAT SAUCE!!!"

We’re from Wisconsin and had never tried Faro’s. The quality, flavor and price were outstanding. And our delivery driver was quick. He also called to double check our hotel room number and was so polite and appreciative. Great job! Thank you

Pizza, for me, is very dependent on the crust. But their pizza shines because of the toppings. The crust was very good. The toppings had the almost perfect balance of flavor and generous quantity. And the sauce wasn't sweet, it was tomato as it should be. Worth checking out.

So I went in here for night 1 and got a spread of lasagna and wings and a Za. Amazing. All I had the appetite for was a bunch of wings the next night and came crunching on closing time and the owner was working and cool to chat with and more than willing to bake be up a 16 pack Togo. Support the locals. This place is amazing. This place is authentic. This place is Grand Rapids!

Chicago style crust had a crispy bottom with soft middle and was delicious. Traditional BBQ chicken pizza had the right amount of sauce and the crust was again crispy and delicious. Prices were fair.

Wonderful tasty pizza! All their pizza is good but I prefer their thick crust pan pizza, delicious airy crust and lots of amazing cheese and flavorful sauce with a hint of a zing to it. The cheese breadsticks are also a winner! Lots of gooey cheese and a fantastic buttery garlic flavor to them!! Cinnamon sticks came out hot and covered in lots of icing!! Much better than the chain pizza places!

Lots and lots of pizza places in town, amiright? The bigger the city, the more places to choose from. I counted and Grand rapids has 502,312 pizza places. Ok, I made that up. But there are a lot. With all the pizza places out there, you'll never try them all. So it helps to have good places pointed out. Like Faro's. It's a small place with rather limited seating. The decor isn't anything nice or fancy, and heck, you probably are getting it to go anyway so you aren't there for what it looks like inside. You are there for the pizza and this pizza is legit. Now I only had 1 topping (ham) on the pizza. The friends I was with have 49 children. Ok, I'm exaggerating again. But they do have a lot and like to keep it cheap. So we just got cheese pizza and I appealed to them to get 1 topping. So I don't know if the bread sticks or desserty things are good but I bet they are. Not sure the pictures help but I added 2.
